For Quran, tajweed and Arabic teachers
Teach Quran and Arabic online: lessons, courses and bookings in one place
Students learn with you from many time zones. Lootly gives you one page where they can buy a recorded course, download your worksheets, or book a live lesson that lands in your Google Calendar with a Meet link.
Recorded courses and lessons
- Build a course from modules and lessons, for example one module per surah or per grammar topic.
- Upload a video for each lesson and attach a PDF, such as a tajweed chart or vocabulary sheet.
- Students mark lessons complete and see their progress through the course.
1:1 lessons that fit your timetable
- Weekly availability, session lengths from 15 minutes to 2 hours, buffers between calls, minimum notice, a booking window and a daily cap.
- Connect Google Calendar and your busy times block those slots, so clients cannot double-book you.
- A unique Google Meet link is created for each booking, or use your own meeting link or an in-person address.
- Calendar invites are emailed to you and your client when a session is booked.
- Clients book in their own time zone; you set yours.
Group classes and free samples
- Run live group classes as webinars: set the date, time, length and a maximum number of students, repeat them on a schedule, and use Google Meet or your own link.
- Sell worksheets, ebooks and audio as digital downloads that students get straight after paying.
- Offer a free sample lesson or resource in exchange for an email address.
A platform run under a halal content policy
- Lootly is run under its owner’s halal content policy: no riba (interest-based finance), gambling, alcohol, adult or deceptive items.
- Products and links created through the Partner API are screened against this policy automatically.
What Lootly does not do yet
- Each booking is a single paid session; recurring lesson bookings and lesson bundles are not available yet (a membership can bill monthly, but it carries posts, not bookings).
- Checkout is in English or Spanish. An Arabic checkout is not available yet.
- You are paid through your own Stripe account, so you need Stripe to be available in your country. Sales tax or VAT is your responsibility.
