Lootly provides tools that allow creators to market and sell digital products, courses, and services.

Creators are responsible for their product content, claims, pricing, taxes, refund terms, and customer obligations.

Lootly is a platform provider and is not the merchant of record unless explicitly stated for a specific transaction.

Payments and payouts are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, which may apply their own terms and compliance requirements.

Creators authorize Lootly and payment partners to process transactions, hold/reserve funds where required, and handle chargebacks/refunds/disputes.

Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar duties unless otherwise stated by law.

Creators must ensure offers are lawful, accurate, and not misleading, and that they have all rights needed to publish and sell content.

Creators must honor applicable consumer protection laws, delivery obligations, and disclosed refund terms.

Creators must not use Lootly to distribute malware, deceptive offers, infringing material, or prohibited content.

Customers agree to provide accurate checkout information and to comply with creator and platform purchase terms shown at checkout.

Refund eligibility, access terms, and delivery windows are governed by creator terms unless non-waivable law provides otherwise.

Lootly may assist with dispute handling and chargeback evidence but does not guarantee any specific dispute outcome.

You may not use Lootly for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing conduct.

You may not interfere with service integrity, bypass security controls, scrape restricted data, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may monitor for abuse and may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create material legal or security risk.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload.

You grant Lootly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute uploaded content solely as needed to operate and improve the Services.

Lootly and its software, trademarks, visual assets, and platform materials are owned by Lootly or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

If you believe content on Lootly infringes your rights, submit a detailed notice through our support channels.

We may remove or disable allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

You may stop using Lootly at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal requests, policy violations, fraud risk, or security concerns.

On termination, certain provisions survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

Lootly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed revenue outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lootly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Lootly liability is limited to the amount paid to Lootly for Services in the period required by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lootly and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or these terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law as determined by your contract with Lootly and mandatory consumer law requirements.

Before filing formal claims, both parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution through support channels.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy laws.

We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. Updated terms are effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
